We are celebrating Mister Ron's Basement episode number EIGHT HUNDRED!!!

Our Monday book serialization is George Ade's 1903 collection, 'In Babel -- Stories of Chicago.' The stories in this book range from the hysterically funny to the pathetically sad. Altogether, they paint a fascinating portrait of turn-of-the-last-century Chicago.

In celebration of Episode #800, we have a short discussion of George Ade and his writing, then a story from 'In Babel' called 'The Other Girl.'
