Mister Ron's Basement #1354 Leon Mead was a good friend of humorist Bill Nye, and apparently some of Nye's style rubbed off on him. Today's 1899 story deals with a man who can't help winking at women on the street whose hobby gets him in a jam. It's called 'An Assumed Weakness.'
