Mister Ron's Basement #1595 Yesterday we met Ellis Parker Butler's intriguing characters, S. Potts and Daniel. Today we feature them again in a 1910 story concerning being dictator of the world, taking care of a stable, and the inherent risks of shaking too many hands.
